HAPPY HIJRAH 1448 AH: A New Dawn of Hope, Peace, and Prayers for Nigeria

As Muslims across Nigeria and around the world celebrate the beginning of the Islamic New Year, Hijrah 1448 AH, I extend my warmest greetings and heartfelt wishes to all faithful adherents of Islam.

The Hijrah marks a significant moment in Islamic history, symbolizing faith, sacrifice, perseverance, and a new beginning. It reminds us of the importance of unity, righteousness, and unwavering trust in Almighty Allah in all circumstances.

I pray that Allah (SWT) showers His abundant mercy, blessings, and divine favor upon every family, community, and our beloved nation. May this new Islamic year bring good news, prosperity, progress, and renewed hope to our people.

At a time when our nation is faced with various security challenges and socio-economic difficulties, I pray that Allah grants our leaders wisdom, protects our citizens, and restores lasting peace, stability, and security across Nigeria. May He safeguard our land from all forms of insecurity and guide us towards a future filled with justice, harmony, and development.

Let us use this sacred season to reflect on our actions, strengthen our faith, promote peaceful coexistence, and work collectively for the growth of our communities and our dear state.

Once again, I wish all Muslims a blessed and rewarding Hijrah 1448 AH.

Happy New Islamic Year!
