Iyaniwura Oodua Agbaiye and Chief Executive Officer of G-Malli Stores, Princess Ganiyat Morayo Alli, has felicitated the Mogaji of Ifatayo-Alawode Compound of Ibadanland and President of the Yoruba Youth Council, Chief Rahmon Akintunde Alawode, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
In a heartfelt birthday tribute, Princess Ganiyat Morayo Alli described Chief Rahmon Alawode as a young man of exceptional character, vision, courage and commitment to service, whose contributions to youth development and the preservation of Yoruba cultural heritage continue to attract recognition.
She noted that Chief Rahmon’s journey demonstrates that leadership is not determined by age, but by character, vision, courage and the ability to positively influence society.
According to her, Chief Rahmon Alawode has distinguished himself through his dedication to the advancement of Yoruba youths, promotion of cultural values and commitment to community development.
“Today, we celebrate not merely the addition of another year to your life, but the remarkable journey of a young leader whose passion for humanity, loyalty to his people and commitment to the progress of Yorubaland continue to speak loudly.
“Your emergence as the Mogaji of Ifatayo-Alawode Compound is not merely a traditional honour; it is a responsibility to preserve the heritage of those who came before you while creating a stronger legacy for those coming after you.
“As President of the Yoruba Youth Council, you have equally demonstrated that our youths can occupy positions of responsibility, provide purposeful leadership and contribute meaningfully to the development of our society,” she said.
Princess Alli further described the celebrant as “a symbol of youthful energy, cultural consciousness and purposeful leadership,” praying that Almighty God would continue to strengthen him and grant him the wisdom to fulfil his aspirations.
She prayed for long life, sound health, greater accomplishments, wisdom, prosperity and continued relevance, while expressing confidence that the years ahead would bring Chief Rahmon Alawode greater opportunities to serve humanity and contribute to the development of Yorubaland.
She added: “May your new age open doors of greater possibilities. May your voice continue to inspire the younger generation, and may your footprints become part of the enduring history of our people.
