The statement declared that every previous memo, disclaimer, or public communication aimed at questioning or invalidating Hon. Akeni's authority has been officially withdrawn and rendered ineffective.

Members and stakeholders were urged to extend their full cooperation and support to ensure the continued progress of the Diaspora Network.

Additionally, the party condemned individuals allegedly responsible for circulating unauthorized disclaimers against Hon. It maintained that such actions were motivated by personal interests and attempts to frustrate the network's developmental efforts.

The ADC warned that any further acts of misinformation, impersonation, or interference by unauthorized persons would attract appropriate disciplinary measures and possible legal action.
